Maxwell School - Presidential Appointees Request for Information

The Maxwell School greatly values the efforts of our federal workforce. As the presidential transition is gearing up, we are pleased to offer both the outgoing administration appointees as well as the incoming appointees the following incentives to support their public service career development.

ELIGIBLITY

• Administration appointees across the federal workforce (outgoing Biden/Harris administration staff -OR- incoming for the Trump/Vance administration).
• Must apply and be admitted to one of the following participating programs:
  • Master of Public Administration (offered in person in Syracuse, NY)
  • Executive Master of Public Administration (offered in person in Syracuse, NY and as a fully online program)
  • M.A. in International Relations (offered in person in Syracuse, NY, but most students complete at least one semester in Washington, D.C.)
  • Executive Master's in International Relations (offered in person in Syracuse, NY and Washington, DC).
  • M.A. in Public Diplomacy and Global Communications (offered in person in Syracuse, NY and includes a required semester in Washington, DC)
  • M.S. in Sustainable Organizations and Policy (offered in person in Syracuse, NY)

BENEFITS

• $75 application fee waiver 
• If admitted, a guaranteed 30% tuition scholarship. Highly qualified candidates may be offered a higher award.
